Pasadena is located 10 miles northeast of
downtown Los
Angeles.

Canada Flintridge,
South Pasadena,
Arcadia,
Sierra Madre,
San Marino,
Glendale,
Los Angeles
and unincorporated
Altadena.
Pasadena is probably most famous for the
annual Tournament of Roses Parade and Rose Bowl Game. Yet,
the city is also home to the world-renowned California
Institute of Technology which manages the Jet Propulsion
Laboratory.
The 1990 Census reported Pasadena's
median home value to be $284,100.
